Ms. Polly McLaughlin

Polly McLaughlin, M.Ed., began corporate training and facilitation over 25 years ago in her own business and  expanded her experience working with a large training and consulting organization, Wilson Learning Corporation. Later as Vice President and Director of Training and Marketing for a banking, mortgage, and insurance company, she was responsible for developing training curriculum in partnership  with senior management and implementing company-wide initiatives in customer service and sales, marketing and business development, strategy development and implementation, communication and interpersonal skill  building, and other related topics.

Polly worked extensively with Senior Management and employees to improve sales and customer service. Additionally, as a certified meeting and team facilitator, she  has assisted companies in building consensus and teams to develop processes to increase efficiency and improve the bottom line.  Polly earned her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Education at  Colorado State University
