Ms. Katie Snapp is a consultant for Keystone International, Inc. and President of Kessinger Consulting, LLC. Ms. Snapp began her professional career as an electrical engineer and then evolved into an organizational development facilitator, trainer, and consultant. Her workshop and consulting services are tailored for each client to best develop potential and extend effectiveness of individuals and organizations. Since 1988, Ms. Snapp has been involved in the early development of major company-wide efforts toward process improvement and leadership teaming.

Ms. Snapp uses an interactive, personal approach to extending individual and team potential. Her coaching style draws in the client through powerful questions and engaging dialogue. By introducing her experience in dozens of industries, she helps clients recognize leadership issues as universal challenges and shares tools and techniques to advance their development.
